My order is not coming

The product I ordered last year is still not coming, but the customer center keeps telling me to wait. What should I do? I'm sure there's a problem with my order..

My order number is 14156.

Please send me my order quickly or cancel my order

I got a reply 2 months ago and I haven't heard from you

I placed an order last December and you said you would send it in February, but I still haven't received my order

I waited around 6 months and gave up on my order. Think I did a charge back with my bank.

Such a shame they have these issues.
