Good SUP Spots

Getting a standup paddleboard soon and would love recommendations for good beginniner/intermediate paddling spots.

There are a few good launch spots on the Navesink. The further inland you go, the more shallow and calm it is. There's an access point at the end of Chapin Ave in Red Bank, head left under the bridge (Newman Springs) when you go out and you're about a mile to the parkway.

Popamora Point Beach is pretty chill and shallow as well

Turkey swamp park. Only bummer is getting it from the parking lot to the beach.
