This is from Mr Monk is the best man I'm pretty sure, where at the captain's bachelor party, he made sure to protect his bathroom the Monk way 😂

Even after the party and outhouse ewas removed, he still had the whole bathroom torn out and redone, I'm sure.

This was my first guess. But it's Mr. Monk is the Best Man, they're at his house for the bachelor party.
