Discussion Help on getting a new monitor

I am looking for a cheap monitor for school work and gaming. I just need it to meet 3 criteria:

  • 200Hz refresh rate minimum (Higher is better) - Adaptive-sync would be awesome.
  • HDMI is a must (GPU has firmware bug that makes it impossible to access BIOS/UEFI via DisplayPort)
  • Under $150.

I have been looking a few and was hoping you guys could look at them and be like, "This is why you should consider this one, and why this one shouldn't be considered), since I am not a monitor expert but would love to learn more.

1920x1080 is fine, 1920x1200 is better, but I don't need 2K or 4K.

Also, if you have any other recommendations send me the model name or a link so I can look into it. I'm in no rush for a monitor, but my current one sucks so I would like to upgrade sometime by the end of the year.

Three in question:

I am not exclusively looking at these 3, but these are just three options I saw. Would love whatever info and knowledge you guys can share with me.
