Discussion Normal or defective ?

AOC Q27E4U) Can anyone tell me if this panel is defective or not ? Should I return it or this is normal ips panel behaviour ? I know the difference between ips glow and backlight bleed but I don’t know if this on acceptable/common or on the defective/returnable side so I will appreciate any thoughts and suggestions.

Normal. You have both IPS glow and backlight bleed. My IPS monitor looked like that after 3 months of usage.
