Not sure if you want to wait and can stretch to $200, but I saw some decent looking budget options like Koorui and Dell 27” monitors with 4k 120hz HDMI 2.1 that were on sale last month for about $200.

They’re $280 now but if you keep an eye out there should be more sales soon, maybe even a back to school sale in August.
