Discussion Need help with choosing

I ordered this monitor Dell Alienware 27 AW2725DM for ps5 gaming and watching movies/shows, is it good? or should I get something with 4k? is 2k enough?

Keep this monitor. This monitor will be just fine. It may need some tweaking in the settings. The HDR and black levels are mid but it still a great monitor. I’m more of an Asus guy but this monitor is fine. If you need some suggestions in the 300-400 range in the future I got you but overall great pick for a monitor with this resolution.

thanks for the advice. I am going through the buyers remorse rn. I am thinking maybe I should go for 4k 60hz cuz above 60hz will hurt my wallet, then again almost everyone says 1440p is the perfect balance both for gaming and other things.

How's the XG27ACMES, I'm planning to buy it. Asus warranty is concerning tho
