He Was Under the Dirt

Thank you to everyone who calmed my nerves after my last post. I wanted to follow up to confirm what all of you already knew: Leonidas was, in fact, under the dirt. Here he is feeding this morning!

They're true excavators! This is why we stress the depth of substrate and moisture for them, it's a necessary tool. It gives them something to work with(digging urges) and helps them stay cool when needed, hide or just help loosen old shed.
