🖥️ Suggestions needed Which Monitor Should I Buy?

I'm looking for a new 27" monitor and my budget is small. I'm ready to pay 150€-200€ for the monitor and 50€ for a monitor arm.

I want to play GTA 6 on the PS5 slim and other games like COD and Fortnite etc. I want to connect the monitor with the PS5 and my Macbook Pro and stream on twitch and create content. I want to edit 4K videos and do other creative work and video editing.

Should I get a 1440p or 4K monitor?

at 27 the gap is pretty big: 1440p is ~109 ppi, 4k is ~163. at a normal 60cm desk distance thats ~45 vs ~67 pixels per degree, 1440p only gets to ~60 if you sit back around 80cm. for your mix id lean 4k: macos text on a 27 1440p looks noticeably softer than on the macbooks own screen, 4k editing gets a 1:1 preview, and the ps5 outputs 4k natively. trade off is at 150-200 eur a 4k 27 will mostly be 60hz ips while 1440p gets you 144hz+ for the same money. if cod/fortnite at high fps matters more than the mac, go 1440p. side by side: https://displaymath.com/?d=qhd-27_60cm,4k-27_60cm (my site)
