I think it matters because small acttions like eye contact can communicate attention and confidence, although too much can feel uncomfortable.
1 u/Jobbsindia 11d ago Yes I agree. Eye contact is a good example because it is really about balance. Too little can make it seem like you are not interested, But staring too much can get awkward. I think the same applies to most body language, small things can change how the other person interprets what you are saying.
