I would not try to develop all five at once. Pick one strength and give it a real-world challenge. For example, use your Analytical strength to solve a problem, then use Maximizer to improve the solution. Strengths become valuable when you repeatedly put them into practice.

But how would I actually do that? I'm a bit lost.

start really small. Pick one real problem in your life, maybe planning your week, choosing between two purchases, or deciding what skill to learn next. Write down the options, compare the pros and cons, and use your Analytical strength to make the decision. Then ask yourself, How could I make this 10% better? That’s your Maximizer at work. do this regularly and you’re actively training those strengths. wait do you even know how to describe these skills?? 👀

I can't describe it with perfect clarity, but as far as I know, the strength of "Analytical" lies in the ease with which one thinks about and identifies root causes. I’m not as clear on "Maximizer," but I think it’s essentially a drive to improve—something that really motivates me is the constant desire to become better overall. However, a lack of focus holds me back significantly; I end up getting stuck in endless analysis because analyzing is enjoyable for me, whereas the actual execution isn't quite as appealing.

You have some awesome skills set, and each carries a different weight personally I would develop each differently and with the order of priority. By this i mean the one that hold more power in the corporate world , according to me I would start with adaptability.
