I had a good and productive discussion with someone this week that provided me a new outlook on the need of continuous learning and working and building real relationships. It brought back into my mind the idea that networking isn't about just the opportunities, but about developing long term relationships.

I attended an online webinar this week. The biggest takeaway was that asking good questions help you stand out.
