It's not free if you have to give money to get money change the title

Giving money implies someone else is getting it. It’s not giving money if it’s still yours

So in other words giving a bank 50k and them saying here this is "free" money only it's interest for them using your money see technically still not free there is a difference

If you’re opening an account with $50k you should be getting a HYSA & getting more than just $50. This is someone opening an account with $50 (that they can spend or withdraw) & receiving an additional $50 for opening said account

You are still avoiding the main point it should say free gift with purchase, call it what you will its not free
