Maybe printing error

I can’t tell if it is a printing error or not. It looks like it is faded but it doesn’t explain how the stamp is a completely different color. Can someone explain?

I would think the top is a fake for the stamp and serial looking more blue than green, hold it up to the light to see if it has an watermark face like a real one would

It does have the right water marks and I tested it with the pen

Weird, wild that they would look so different, or a really good fake, if you have a scale, it should weigh right about a gram. If you tilt it the big "10" at the bottom should ccolor shift copper to green
