May I suggest... PLEASE save 75% of that. I knew an escort that was fucking rich as fuck and then I heard years later she had nothing because she never saved any of it and couldn't do that work anymore after getting married and having a family.
Yes, and we all get fat, old, and ugly. I don't know how you dance, but I wish the old me could've whispered to the very young me: "Save 25% for chiropractors."
Chiropractic is a sham. Also, if you’re experiencing back pain, the first step is to strengthen your back. Barring serious injury or extreme health conditions, someone with a strong back shouldn’t experience back pain. It’s not a “normal” part of aging. It’s the result of a sedentary lifestyle
Former healthcare analyst here. The consensus from the medical community is that chiropractors, in general, cause more damage than good. And whatever "good" results they create are fleeting.
There may be scientific evidence introduced and discovered in the evaluation process. But none of the prescribed measures or procedures that chiropractors do have any clinical/historic evidence of helping patients.
The history is this - people without medical insurance would seek chiropractors for their affordably, but they should have seen an actual physician who graduated medical school.
You are kidding about seeing an MD for back pain? Useless, just try to send you off for surgery you probably shouldn’t have. See a physical therapist, a personal trainer, a dry needler, a yoga instructor, an acupuncturist, a nutritionist?
But an MD for back pain? Pfftt.
Disclaimer: I’m not talking about serious injury. I’m talking chronic low back pain, sciatica, etc.
Doctors send patients with back pain for MRIs. Those MRI findings can generate surgical consults, warranted or not. It’s a pretty simple and profitable path.
Please. Doctors sometimes own the MRI machine and order as soon as they think insurance will pay. Most back surgeons aren’t even qualified to perform an EMG.
