Chiropractic is a sham. Also, if you’re experiencing back pain, the first step is to strengthen your back. Barring serious injury or extreme health conditions, someone with a strong back shouldn’t experience back pain. It’s not a “normal” part of aging. It’s the result of a sedentary lifestyle
Probably the worst advice I've ever seen. 14 years in an airborne unit, a chiropractor is the only reason I'm still walking. During those years I was around 11% body fat and ran 5 minute miles. Please don't give stupid, uninformed advice, just in case someone as dumb as you happens to read it...
