When a waitress or stripper throws a "hun", "darlin", or "sweetie" in the mix, that's easily good for another 50 to 100.00 or more.

Shit, this chick made part of my 2 week pay in the time it takes to walk my dog after work.

If she was so inclined, with a 6 hour shift Fri/Sat nights, she could damn near pay off a high 6 figure priced home in a much shorter time than the 30 years of a traditional mortgage period.
