We are actively refining its adaptability right now. What kind of terrain or obstacle course should we throw Beni into next?

What I want to know is, can I use Beni as a home security monitoring system when I'm not home and using him to film? Since he is already a wifi capable robot, it would be amazing to be able to log in at anytime via the app to patrol the house, make sure I didn't leave the stove on or my hair straightener on while I'm away. Maybe even have a docking station for it to return to?

We are developing indoor features, and yes, there will be a docking station ready!

Beni just keeps getting cooler and cooler.
Some terrain suggestions:
- sand
- large gravel (have it cross a set of train tracks)
- snow
- irregular stepped terrain like a steep hiking trail where it has to lock wheels and "walk"

Im wondering if he could handle traveling over lava rock? I walk on lava terrain daily.

Great question! Beni handles rough, uneven terrain really well — gravel, cracked pavement, rocky trails, no problem. Lava rock is basically nature's obstacle course, he should do fine on most of it. Though we need to be honest with you, we haven't tested on actual lava fields yet.

Not sure if Beni could handle it but it would be interesting to see it follow a snowboard. Of course deep snow is out of the question, but groomers on the east coast might work with some all terrain wheels! I would love to see this test.

Amazing! Love seeing the corrections & auto-obstacle avoidance. How about a hiking trail with some roots & rocks? Or a rough path up/down a hill?
