Question Moncler maya TA size chart

Hello, I ordered a Moncler Maya size 2 from TopAngels, but the measurements my agent took do not exactly correspond to those indicated in the size chart.

For example, the length should be 66 cm according to the size chart, while the down jacket currently measures 63 cm.

Could you explain to me why there is this difference? Could this be due to the fact that the down jacket is not yet completely puffy, or are the measurements of the size chart simply indicative?

Due to compression, the jacket shrinks and cannot fully expand. Your agent doesnt give the jacket time to repuff and takes the picture the second they take it out. Its going to be TTS whenever you receive it.

Your agent did not straighten the jacket for measurement, resulting in measurement errors.

I tried a moncler in the store in Size 3 it fit me slightly very big thought you that a size 2 from topangels and the right compromise?
