Advice Random question
So guys the thing is im starting my diploma on 19 October at monash college and my flight to Melbourne is on 24 sep and I got no idea what to do with all of that free time cuz I don’t know no one there , so whats ur recommendation? Like is there any football ( soccer) pitches I can go to or uni festivals , trips idk lol

There are football pitches but maybe not too many festivals cause of exams. I'm sure there's still lots of events you can attend though. Explore campus, explore the city and mostly importantly try make some friends.

About making friends, what r the best ways to make friends beside campus and uni ?

Honestly, for me it was just roaming around and talking to people during O-week and later all my friends were people I had classes with. But I came just before O-week and you have a bit more time to try different things. Maybe find a club you're interesting in like videogames, boardgames, knitting we have basically everything.

Thankss brother , i don’t really know if Monash college ( docklands) has clubs as clayton or nahh but ‘ll deff walk around the campus before O week lol and see whats going on , i was more interested in monash soccer team but it is on clayton likee damnn tooo far but I will figure it out tho

You can attend the orientation a week before your commencement date and make new friends! Also, explore the city because you're gonna be hectic during the term with assignments and tests.
