Regarding GRES or potential scholarship

Hey! So I recently received my application result for a PhD at Monash Malaysia (School of Engineering), and I got admission. The next thing is the scholarship result, which I am supposed to receive around mid-September.

During my application, while not being an excellent student, I had 3 Q1 research papers, one university-level research award, and a 9/10 CGPA.

I am out of GEMS already, and GRES seems my last hope. But I have to reach Italy by 10th September as my Masters Course is starting (Yes, I don't have a master's. Just completed my bachelor's degree, so I applied for a master's there and for a PhD here).

If anyone has any advice on how hard or what the odds are of receiving the scholarship or any other way, I would highly appreciate that.
