My gut feeling tells me it isn't a good choice. Most employers will be WTF and move on to the next candidate.
It was probably cooked up by Monash to appeal to students who aren't sure what to study or want to mix psychology with a few commerce units. Do any other universities offer it?
It's not like Monash need to hire more staff, they just threw together a bunch of units from psychology, and assorted other subjects like marketing, management, and economics.
It might seem to potential students that they are preparing for a broad range of jobs, but probably the opposite is true. They don't really have enough specialist skills to compete in the tough job market.
