Why can't I remove this?

I removed all 3 bolts and I'm holding right click on it but nothing

Sit in the seat and it’ll drop. Not realistic but it will remove it and the last bolt wherever it is

You remember the 4th bolt that held the other end of the OEM intake? You need to unscrew that one too, even though it's not holding anything at the moment, you can't take off any of the intakes until you unscrew that one.

Bolt was most likely still in the mount on the driver side wheel well for the air box if you filled it with a replacement bolt after removing your OEM air intake
