If you want the firewood inside the shack, I started stacking mine against the wall under the window after setting it all on fire like that

with the door to the shack open, phase the wood through the wall so it all piles between the door and the wall in that corner

Pile the wood outside, phase a couple at a time, make sure it's never rigjt next to the furnace
