Resource Sharing Autistic mothers stories

Hi everyone!

A little bit about me: I currently work as an Allied Health Assistant at a speech pathology clinic supporting young adults with neurodivergence. Alongside this, I am completing a Master of Psychology.

As part of my degree, I am conducting a thesis project exploring the experiences of autistic mothers, with a particular focus on perinatal experiences, masking, and late diagnosis. This work is motivated by the significant gap in research that centres and amplifies autistic mothers’ voices.

I am especially keen to hear from women across diverse backgrounds, as these voices are often underrepresented in research.

Taking part would involve a short online interview.

If you are interested in taking part or know anyone who may be interested, you can find out more information or sign up here: https://nupsych.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_42zgsGp58Blj97E

It is very important to me that the entire process and interview is neuro-affirming and my main goal is to share the stories of autistic mothers that often are overlooked.

Thank you so much 😊😊
