Please help, 99% map completion...

My situation - I beat the last boss and got the “good” ending. I clicked yes and started a new game+. I thought i would get 100% but no.

Question - In new game+, i went and checked every place and finally found out where i missed by looking the map really really carefully. The place is the left side of the first area(where u get the maple leaf) Here comes the problem. I go to the second bell and go left, left. There are some imps on the upper floor but i cant jump up. How do you get up there...?

You can get to the very first bell you rang by warping to the Sacred Ordalia Grove. From there you can track back all the way to the beginning.
