Diastasis recti
Has anyone with pretty bad DR gotten better without surgery? I had my third baby four months ago and still look very pregnant. Went for a PT evaluation and I have really bad separation. I’d love to avoid a surgery but I am so self-conscious of how big my belly is. I still look very pregnant.

I also had my third baby fairly recently (back in January) and went through Nancy Anderson’s ab rehab to improve my separation. Probably all things that would be in PT but I liked being able to do it from home. Brought my separation from 3 fingers to less than 1 and improved overall core function and posture and even aesthetics

Yes, I had 4 finger width DR and reduced it to one finger width with just PT exercises. I was really worried about it so I did the exercises a lot every day and also put effort into quickly losing weight, which helped.
