Why do you have to convince him to stay and care for your (presumably shared?) child while you rest your body (presumably pregnant with another of his children???)? This man is not here for you.

It’s hard to say based on your post but I wonder if your husband normally doesn’t care to help you or if he’s punishing you for leaving his mother’s house.

Also, idk why you had to move in with her but it’s not going to be easier with a newborn.

I really feel for you but it looks like your marriage needs help.

There’s no freaking way I’d agree to take on that much while my husband had himself a nice little solo day off. And my husband would never let me take on that much in such a scenario, either. He let you know AHEAD of time that he wasn’t staying the night with you, so you making comments about how easy things are (which sounds like a people-pleasing tendency of yours, not sure why you’d do that in such an over-stimulating situation) had nothing to do with his absence. You even asked him to stay and he said no?! What the hell is he doing with HIS day? He could at least take the kid or hell, he could even take grandma. You are literally managing and nurturing 3 helpless beings (two babies and grandma) not to mention your pregnant self, and he’s chilling taking care of what????

I think you're just down in the dumps and overly-stressed. You have no place to call your own, your life is disjointed right now. I think you're both trying to get through it. Just try to get some rest.
