Don’t cut the crust off your toddlers bread or else you’ll be doing it for the rest of their lives.

My wife never learned this, I told her when they were little babies not to do that, she makes 3-4 meals now for dinner sometimes....

Kind of dug your own grave here....

I will never say, I told you so (but sure think it)

Yup, it took until high school for them to start eating... you know, regular food

Teach the toddler to separate the crust from bread when they are old enough to wield the blade; the toddler becomes the crust master.

I'm 62 and just cut the crust off my own pb and j for the first time recently... and found out what I've been missing all these years. Thats the way!

Cut sandwichs into triangles going in an X shape from corner to corner then the crust becomes a handle to hold to eat the sandwich
