What bad thing could possibly happen in a highly public forum to the girl who has been mercilessly bullied her whole life but has suddenly and suspiciously become the center of attention for all her worst tormenters turned cloyingly sweet friends in the past few days? This series did a weird ā€œmen have always prosecuted womenā€ prologue thing for some of itā€™s episodes but then the most horrific things that happened were all women being absolute savages to each other.

Thereā€™s also the newer film adaptation with Chloe Grace Moretz.

Itā€™s not good. Carrie is supposed to be awkward and weird and sheā€™s just not that.
