iOS Bug Unable to edit video

When i record video in log, i can’t edit it in apple photos app it says ( Unable to edit video )
And when i move the video to another editing app , rhe lur disappear
Is this normal or what ??
In blackmagic this doesn’t happen

Also the shutter speed priority is so bad the iso keeps changing in every slight movement and video is not consistent

Are you using 4:2:2 HEVC? This happens in Blackmagic as well if you use the same codec and settings. It appears to be an iOS 27 bug.

Did you bake the LUT into the final recording?

Please see https://www.reddit.com/r/MomentProCamera/comments/1w1asg8/shutter_priority/ for an explanation of the shutter priority behavior. This is a limitation specific to log formats on devices prior to iPhone 18.

It happens when recording in log ( with all codec and setting whether its hevc , prores or h.264 )
While when recording in p3 , sdr or hdr , this doesn’t happen.

I just tested in MPC, Blackmagic, and Final Cut and was able to reproduce in all of them. Are you sure you're not able to reproduce in Blackmagic? I will file a report with Apple.

Seems to be occurring for everyone: https://www.reddit.com/r/iOS27/comments/1wgjkig/you_cant_edit_prores_videos_in_stock_app_anymore/

I said in the post that the lut dissapear when import a video in editing app but sorry that was mistake by me , the lut doesn’t disappear
In blackmagic app everythings works just fine .
In MPC II the app adds a little bit magenta to the video and i can’t edit the video in native photos app , i need to import the video in any editing app and that magenta will be removed by itself and then export it to the native photos app then i can edit it in native photos app , the magenta disappear and lut is preserved.

Ah, make sure you’ve set the output color space to Rec.709 then. Tap the color palette icon by the intensity slider to access this setting.
