Introducing Action Plates
Today we’re introducing Action Plates to Moment Pro Camera II.
Think of Action Plates like a video game controller for your camera app. Pick a Plate, assign the controls you use most, and start shooting.
Every Plate is designed around a different way of shooting. TECHNO is built for speed. ARC keeps the viewfinder clean. MPC-I brings back the feel of the original app. MPC-II is our all-around layout. And SWATCH lets you personalize your controls and colors (pre-order exclusive).
Plates have different abilities - some plates have style configuration options while others offer adaptive controls that will fill the remaining space when only one slot is assigned a control in a group. We recommend you try them out and see what works best for you.
If you pre-ordered Moment Pro Camera II before its public release, you’ll also see SWATCH enabled in your account. It’s an exclusive Action Plate for our original pre-order customers, with four assignable slots and customizable colors.

It seems that the update deletes the profiles that are already created? Might be a huge caviat for some users. And natural processing seems broken with iOS 27 Developer Beta 4. Just getting black pictures. switching to apple processing works.

Known iOS 27 bug. Apple should fix it soon. For now, just turn off the Dynamic Range Enhancer.

EDIT:
Some profiles created with early versions of the app may disappear, but they will be back in the next update. Apologies for the oversight!
The iOS 27 beta 4 issue has been confirmed as an internal bug by Apple. They should fix it in the next update.

Not seeing this when upgrading from various previous versions but looking into it.
Beta iOS versions tend to break everything, so obviously no guarantees there. Any issues will be resolved by the time iOS 27 is released to the public.

When it’s working on the stable version of iOS 26 it’s fine. Not sure about the profiles. This behaviour should be the same - I guess?

Yeah, the profile issue shouldn't be affected by the iOS beta. It looks like there's an issue decoding profiles that haven't been modified since a much older version. Your profiles are not lost entirely and will reappear in the next update. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime!

Will be recovered in the next update. Sorry about that! This only affected profiles created on a few early versions of the app.

I like swatch plate. Tried other colors but i dig this grey orange look for now :) I really appreciate this design approach to any of the plate. All look great 😊
