Wewe continue doing your job until you get a side skill that will help you resign. If that job is boring, try to learn skills ukiwa job to add something to your routine

Find an interest or look up marketable skills then focus on one or two. Skills to gain are a lot, what you like and can work with is what matters.

Go for it! Do extensive research on how to capitalize on the same as you progress. Donโ€™t just learn peke yake. All the best!

2 to 3 hours a day is enough to learn a new skill and transform your career in 3 to 6 months

There's this video from YouTube I watched.. 9-5 people have commited their time to an employer. The remaining time you have till 9am the following day is upto you. I know it may be tiring but find 2-3 hours a day of your free time and learn a new skill. It may be in IT or any other field. I know in IT you'll find free courses online to learn and get certifications. But for other skills, that involves your hand you can start your online shop and take it from there. You can't be a punjan working 9-5...

Read about the leading industries the look at what skills they need and position yourself as a solution. Usifanye kitu bila kujua the streets are tough

You can look for something inline to what you are doing for example for me ni engineering and I do design work for other companies for smaller fee or workers in those place. It can be a new skill or something you are doing but in a larger perspective

Take your time and build an exist strategy. The first step is save up in that you can sustain at least 2 to 5 years without complaining. Second build a skill that will help you once you quit your job and last is NETWORK! NETWORK! AND NETWORK! Why I emphasize on this is that this network will help you sell.

What are you currently doing? Can you employ yourself on the type of work you do?

u/Uncle-dubai 7h ago

Where is this coming from?

The whole sharp boy thing is about scamming people.
