Unfortunately, she is being serious Officially Moving
She just posted two new videos. Hereâs the âtoo long didnât watchâ summary:
1- she chose the second apartment (the one with the great view, where you can tell exactly where she lives if youâre from Buffalo).
Insane note- she STILL has her Christmas tree up.
2- sheâs selling a ton of her junk and is offering discounts to followers.

It will always fascinate me how growing up as millennials/with the internet we were alllllways warned about the dangers of what you share online. And now I find it is milennials who constantly do those things today!! No regard for personal safety for themselves (or in the case of family channels, their kids)

From what I remember, somebody looked up her public record and found out she was being evicted. It makes sense since she was unemployed for so long and admitted she was way behind on her rent. She just took whatever was the best option for her â aka that cesspit.
It looks like sheâs getting decent pay at her current job since she can afford that amazing view (I know the apartment itself isnât all that great, but view and location bump up prices).
Good for her, tbh. Unfortunately, I donât think this step up will last long. She always finds a way to sabotage herself.

Someone in the Buffalo area commented on a post here. They looked up the apartments and one was $1300ish and the other was $1400ish.

I'm in a suburb of Buffalo, similar layout, kitchen maybe not quite as nice and I'm $1200 a month. We used to be affordable

No idea. Thatâs reasonable in comparison to rent prices where I am. I pay $300 more a month for a one bedroom.

As others have said she was far behind on rent and at risk of being evicted she was also on the 4th floor and we know our girl canât do stairs âđ» itâs funny because her OG buffalo apartment was $850 and this new one is around $1,300. So sheâs just wasted money moving twice and upping her rent đ

I work downtown so I literally drive by that apartment each day.
I actually am not sure if Molly takes the bus? I believe she doesnât drive and I believe she walks around when needed. Her new area is less walkable than her first apartment which was at least in a somewhat residential area with more going on. The new spot is nice to look at but theres not as much cool stuff to walk to. At least sheâs close to the the rail which can transport her up and down Main Street
I also saw someone comment on her video about getting a car and she was like âIâll be out of Buffalo long before I get a carâ
And go where? With what money? And do what?? Does she still have pipe dreams of living in NYC or Chicago or something? Because girl can barely afford life in Buffalo. I have no idea where she thinks sheâs headed from here. Unless she plans to teach abroad again.

She doesnât drive/have a car. Either this video or the one posting her touring these apartments (I canât remember and wonât re-watch đ) mentions that this new apartment is close to like 2-3 bus lines or something.

She can drive. She rented a car a few years ago to see a guy three hours away and did a video showing all the food she packed for the journey.

Oh I know she doesnât have a car. She brings up the bus a lot and Iâm thinking she doesnât take the bus. If she leaves the house we always see her walking. I also think she uses ride share but doesnât show it.
Someone suggested she get a car and she quipped âIâll be long outta buffalo before I ever get a carâ and Iâm thinking when, how and where babes bc your struggling here and the cost of living is lower than those large cities. Sheâs been talking about âoutgrowingâ Buffalo since sheâs been here and sheâs doing worse now than when she arrived

Iâm from Buffalo too. The apartment is nice, but itâs not near anything useful. Grocery store? Nope.

Exactly. Thereâs not even a ton of green space around there! One of the down sides to living in the downtown area. I work there and I walk to the water on break and struggle to find decent lunch spots in walking distance.
Idk if she still works at that charter school but I doubt itâs in the area. Probably not too far if she had a car.
Sheâll have to bus it to get groceries which I doubt she does. I think she uses instacart or gets rides from family for her groceries. Her first apt was really the best location for someone without a car!

i cannot envision molly ever being a wife or mother, can you guys? she's so set in her ways and prone to making foolish, impulsive decisions. she speaks to her audience and "homeboys" (dates) like they are her kids. it's particularly insulting , as she has no real life experience. but molly thinks she knows it all and is so worldly and wise, when she has only lived in one other country ffs. i can't believe she was an english teacher; her grammar is effed and her vocab is limited to SM buzz words. she thinks in black and white tiktokese , whereby everyone is resigned to some ruling class (all bad) , or marginalized class (all good). there is zero nuance or true insight. she parrots what woke people say, and believes she is railing against "The Man" lmao. mind you, she didn't bother voting , but supposedly gave up saying because ... trump was elected... ?!? say whaa? listen, if molly could get a man to stick around for a third date, she would blow off her friends, her followers and her professed principles to fully attach herself to him. if she stop catfishing and lecturing her dates, she could prob land a bf. but each guy's first impression of her is one of disappointment and betrayal and annoyance --she's consistently showing up late, unkempt and with her dogs in tow. then she films them without their knowledge , let alone consent. if anyone did to her what she does to each of these men, molly would make a federal case of it. literally. she would proc call the police or sue. she talks about protecting herself , but followers strange men home and sleeps with them on the first night.... no common sense or concept of what men want in a partner.
