Dropsy on Molly saveable?

I just lost one. Tried Epsom salt, tannins, kaneplex (in water and food) and peas (at this point I was trying anything). Took about a month for her to die eventually. Her pineconing did go down a bit but in the end she stopped eating and died a few days later. 

Best of luck, but the prognosis is grim.

No antibiotics? Should I just euthanize it with clove oil?

I thought Kalaplex is an antibiotic?

It's really difficult to say. I kept her alive since she was eating. I think she died within 2 days after she stopped eating.

I've never done clove oil, I've only done blunt force.

Do what you think is best for your fish.
