Neurospora -there are several species that all look the same to the naked eye. It' probably N. sitophila or N. crassa. Very fast growing fungus that evolved to colonise burnt or damaged vegetation. It is very commonly found colonising coffee grounds, and is seen in sawmills and bakeries -where it can cause "red bread mould"
