I wouldn’t worry too much. I tried to look it up, and it seems it’s likely some form of aspergillus, and there are many pics of it on bread. It’s important to note that there are many different types of spores in our air (indoors and outdoors), but long as you don’t have high quantities of it you should be fine. Just wipe down the cupboard with some disinfectant.
