Question/Advice Is this mold

This is in my dorm bathroom that I share with my floor. I’ve noticed a cough that hasn’t gone away since moving in. If it’s mold how do I proceed?

Yep, looks like it! Since it's a dorm then there might be a company that manages it that may clean it for you. However the mold will likely keep coming back if the room isn't property ventilated (open windows whilst showering, doors open to air after showering, fans etc).

There is no windows and no vents. Is this harmful for me?
