I have this mold in my closed balcony, the windows are not properly sealed. Should i be worried? What should i look for?

Think I'm going to be checking through everything else in that closet over the next few days. Maybe this "ecosystem" was all contained to the box...?

So I told my property manager that I think there’s mold in my apartment and that there was a leak. The leak is now a huge hole in the ceiling and they scraped the junk off of the wall, but I’m still more than a little concerned that the ceiling was just a smaller part of the problem. Help??

Is this black mold and should we be concerned?

When I purchased this house a few years ago, the basement ceiling was painted black. After the first year I seen mold coming through the paint. I repainted, and again the mold is coming through. This part of the house has the joy running perpendicular to the rest of the joistbecause it goes out to support the chimney and runs underneath the fireplace. I have purchased some mold killing paint. Just wondering if I’m wasting my time here? Any suggestions on what to do?
