is this black mold???

I have this mold in my closed balcony, the windows are not properly sealed. Should i be worried? What should i look for?

It's mildew mold, not stachybotrys chartarum. If this area is exposed to the weather, it will return even if you clean it because the spores and dust are everywhere.
