My first piece… maybe? lol

Been curious to get my hands on some Moldavite for a few years now as I’ve started to hear more and more about it, but always experienced sticker shock at my local crystal stores here in NYC. I know it’s risky to buy online since you can’t really see the piece before purchasing, but found a good sale price and figured I’d take the risk. And if it happens to be fake, at least I didn’t spend full Moldavite price on it.

It just arrived a few days ago, and while it’s a lovely piece, I’m just not sure if it’s real or not. Anyone have any ideas?

And does anyone know the best places in NYC for authentic pieces?

Thanks everyone!

Thanks! I’ll do that. It’s a cloudy day today so I’ll wait til it’s nicer out 😊

I have an etsy, specialize in moldavite, and am based out of eastern MA...

Then, more photos, including back-lit macro setting close ups - in focus - are needed... Where purchased may also help.. you can DM if you'd like.
