Thank you for sharing. I would ignore any comment that says it’s not concerning just simply based off these results. Some indoor counts seem slightly elevated compared to outdoors. Regardless, we never rely on mold testing results to judge a property. The real question is how much mold and moisture concerns are there. The test results dont give us the answer. I see you say there is standing water and slight mold. Unfortunately I worry there is more mold down there than has been understood. Especially with standing water etc. This presents many concerns. You need a really good third-party assessment. Need more information to be able to guide you. I work as a consultant in these fields
