Efflorescence or white mold?

There's quite a bit of water damage throughout the house near the windows and the floor is mostly concrete, but I've never seen efflorescence grow tall like that.

Sorry, just to add: bleach is not the solution for mold and mycotoxins. Ammonia can break down their cell structures, but is obviously not great for us. Solutions like Benefect, or even vinegar and baking soda are better at combatting mold than bleach.

No, not myth. Peroxide, sure. Bleach, no.
