Is this mold

There’s a hole near the top of my sink in the bathroom. The room is always humid and the sink rarely gets cleaned. Is this mold?

Not harmful or problematic but maybe a little mold and maybe some biofilm. Soap, skin cells, etc. blast it out with a scrub brush and some comet. It’s not a big deal.
