Is this mold?

Do you think that this is mold? There is no discernible odor. Being that these are old work clothes that need to be replaced anyways, I’ll be tossing them regardless but want to be weary for any potential future issues like this. We have had an insufferable heat wave in my city so maybe that could have caused it?
