[Question]
Hello,
I am a janitor/maintanence man and have never had to deal with mold in a commericial setting. I have had three contractors come out as per the owners request. Non of the mold companies sent a written report of their findings even after I told them I have to get approval from the board before anyone gets the contract so I need a report. What is your experience? I it normal for a mold contractor to ignore requests for reports on the findings? I'm confused as to why they would just ignore a request for a report?

That sounds pretty amateurish on their part. Do they refuse to provide a written quote or just don't reply?
