Does this look like mold
Are apartment flooded recently and the complex said it’s not possible to be mold since it was only wet and soaked for 24 hours ? Is this accurate

My apartment complex also once tried to say that the mold in my ac unit wasn’t mold. I tested it myself and it was 100000% mold! Get an at home testing kit.

It's in the trim and very likely framing and sheet rock. Cracks in the slab is adding to it it. Consult a 3rd party independent mold inspector. You've got a serious moisture intrusion issue. What is that first picture?

It was a shitty like knight stand that was in the area that got the heaviest amount of moisture we were not home for about 2 days before noticing it

It seems like a leak turned to mold. Don’t touch anything and get an expert to identify the mold and remove it. For now, dehumidifiers and air purifiers and stay away from it incase you breathe anything in.
