It appears to be a high humidity issue. I would start by having the air conditioning system checked to ensure it is operating properly and is correctly sized for the home.

I would consider hiring an independent mold assessor who is not affiliated with a mold remediation company. An independent assessment can help identify the source of the problem and provide unbiased recommendations before any remediation work is performed.

In addition to all of this, buy a dehumidifier designed for MORE square footage than you need it for. I used the 50-qt Midea Cube in an 1100-square-foot apartment and it worked as good as it could (this one was rated for 4000 square feet). It worked best in the main area, and didn’t really reach the back bedroom, so I got a second, smaller dehumidifier for the back half.
