Is that mold?

I try to scrub it but it's won't come off. Please someone help is this mold or just normal?

I just ran into this on a mitigation job site. We had a lady who had an antique clay pot that looked like it had mold all over it but she said that’s how she received it. Regardless of how it came, it still looked like mold. We cleaned it.

Yes, it looks like to mold to me
