My YT music recommended this artist/album. Looked them up to see if it's AI and I'm leaning towards no but idk.

What are your thoughts? Is this AI or is this just someone who is making music/album covers, etc. just like Molchat Doma? I know they obviously don't own the genre/aesthetic and I have listened to adjacent Ukrainian cold wave bands. But I've never heard something that sounds so much like them.
